Did you have a long weekend for Columbus Day? I did and I spent it with family in Columbus Ohio, which I thought was pretty brilliant. While the main attraction to Columbus is The Ohio State University, I found some of the best ice cream ever at Jeni's (my favorite flavors were Bangkok Peanut, Salty Caramel and Whiskey & Pecans), had a great rustic brunch at Skillet and was able to sneak away from family for a nightcap with the Mister at a great bar in the Short North district named The Rossi.
I was there to celebrate my aunt's 50th birthday...the woman is drinking from the fountain of youth and looks amazing. I snapped a few pics before running to her birthday dinner.
Oh, I wore my lipstick of the moment for the occasion - Rebel by Mac. It's matte, stays on forever and has rich red, pink and purple undertones that seem to complement everything.
