Solange will lend her voice to Studio Africa, the Diesel + EDUN collaboration, a 25 piece fashion collection made of Ugandan cotton and manufactured entirely in Africa. EDUN is Bono's "fashion brand bringing about positive change through its trading relationship with Africa."
Solange is the queen of working African-inspired prints so this seems like a great project for her to support. She explained her reason for joining the project:
"My love for African fashion, music and art runs deep to my core and has been a significant source of inspiration to me as an artist. I'm constantly being exposed to such innovative African talent so I'm excited that Diesel + Edun is celebrating that extraordinary creativity through Studio Africa and taking me along for the journey!"
